Mr. Cary Bayer, M.A.

Cary Bayer has led seminars on Prosperity, Meditation, Relationships, Purpose, Communications, Procrastination, the Hero Journey, Inner Peace, Joy, and the Healing Effects of Laughter, among others, and is the founder of the Breakthrough Aerobics Inner Workout.

His teachers have included Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Deepak Chopra, Alan Cohen, T. Harv Eker, Sondra Ray, James Ray and Phil Laut.

A rare Life Coach, he's succeeded in both the spiritual and material worlds. He taught 2,000 people--from southern California and the Caribbean to western Europe and Australia--how to tap the timelessness of the Transcendent (the samadhi of the yogi) as a teacher of Transcendental Meditation. He's also coached Oscar-winner Alan Arkin, David Steinberg, Quality Inns, and Wet 'n' Wild theme park.

Cary has authored more than three dozen books, CDs, and mini-books, including The Prosperity Aerobics and Relationships 101. His writing has also run in New Age, Playboy, New York's Daily News, and the San Francisco Chronicle. His “Life 101” syndicated column appears throughout the U.S., and he writes a column on coaching for Massage Today nationally, and for massage therapy publications in 13 states. He's also appeared on dozens of TV and radio shows.

Five of his classes are certified for continuing education by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork; 10 by the Florida Board of Massage Therapy. He was the keynote speaker for the annual convention of the American Massage Therapy Association in 2006.

A Summa Cum Laude graduate from SUNY-Buffalo in English, Cary has an M.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from Maharishi International University. An enjoyer of the best of both worlds, Cary resides on the ocean in south Florida in Hillsboro Beach, and in the mountains in fabled Woodstock, NY.
